Ahead of new season, Rivers United retain 21 players

Rivers United will commence preparations for the 2017/18 season on Monday, October 16, codedreporter.blogspot.com.ng gathers.



General manager of the club, Chief Okey Kpalukwu as well as technical manager, Stanley Eguma revealed that arrangement is in top gear to get set for the new NPFL season.


According to Club Media, 21 players have been retained by the club for the new season.

Rivers United finished the NPFL 2016/17 season in the 15th position with 52
points from 38 matches.
