All roads will lead to the Ilesha Sports Stadium for the finals of the maiden edition of Osun Unity Cup scheduled for Monday June 26, 2017.
The finals will be between two giant grassroots club sides in the State of Osun, as Ijesha Golden Warriors Football Club battle Soccer Star Football Club.
Every logistics have been put in place to make the finals historic according to the CEO of BHL Faithmer Sports Promotion, Oyebayo Rawlins.
The tournament was designed to boost discovery of talents at the grassroots.
Upper Stars FC whitewashed Iwaloye FC 3-0 in the third place contest decided at the weekend.
Secretary to the State Government of Osun, Alhaji Moshood Adeoti, will be the Special Guest of Honour in the finals that will be keenly contested.
Others expected are Chairman Osun Football Association, Chief Taiwo Ogunjobi, Honourable Korede Kunle ige, Honourable Biyi Odunlade, Honourable Timothy Owoeye, Mrs Dupe Ajayi Gbadebo, Wale Idowu and Dapo Ajibade, among others.
