Gata confident of NPFL stay

Abubakar Bukola Saraki ABS FC enterprising forward, Gata Adeshina has revealed that his team have enough quality at their disposals to avoid going down from the Nigeria Professional Football League this season, codedreporter.blogspot.com.ng gathers.

Gata, who's been in great form for the Saraki Boys this season insisted that his team will not be relegating but rather maintain their NPFL status.

"Although our current position is nothing to write home about and is giving us concern. We started the season so well but all of the sudden we lost concentration. But I can assure our fans that we will pick up and rise again. Where we are presently isn't where we belong and I'm sure that we shall overcome it.

‎"We just need a couple of good results to get ourselves back on track. We can easily climb up the table", Gata told newsmen

"We need to reignite our confidence and be more dedicated, determined and committed again. We need to put our 100 percent in every game we play now. If we need to shed blood we will. Every game would now be played as if our lives depended on it.

The former Kwara United winger who's on the front runner to win the LBA award for the month of July says he's more concern of his club glory and achievement  rather than individual accolades.

"Although I'm happy that my name was among the nominees for the LBA award‎ this month but I would rather swap it for positive result for ABS FC. I will continue to contribute my very best to ensure ABS FC retain their NPFL status and may Allah help us achieving that", Gata concluded.
