Abiodun Adedayo later sent the home fans into wild jubilation in 23rd minute, when her position was so resourceful in scoring from a rebound that came from Edewor's corner kick.

Edewo Precious increased the tally for her side, 10 minutes into second half after Anjor Mary was brought down at the edge of the visitor's box. The resultant kick was nicely curled into the net after beating the defensive set up of Confluence Queens.

Series of flashes by Ikoyo Rejoice and Precious nearly resulted in goal save the towering efforts of Confluence Queens defense line.

Paulinus Ifeoma scored a 70th minutes consolation goal for her side after displacing Osun Babes'  defenders in the dangerous area.

Osun Babes have extended their unbeaten streak from previous 5 games as Confluence Queens poor run of form continues. The result took the home team to second spot on the table having garnered 20 points from 11 games one point adrift the group leader, Delta Queens.
